FGE Italiana Gas S.r.l. has always been committed to promoting a corporate culture based on respect for the principles of loyalty, fairness, responsibility and legality and, therefore, it rejects and deplores the use of illegitimate or improper behavior to achieve its economic objectives.

The promotion of such a culture and the maintenance of such values cannot be separated from the active and responsible participation of all stakeholders who, with their contribution, can help prevent the commission of offenses and/or irregularities within the organization.

With this in mind, FGE Italiana Gas S.r.l. and, in compliance with current legislation, (Legislative Decree March 10, 2023 No. 24), has established internal reporting channels through which its employees, collaborators, suppliers, customers, and, in general, anyone who has an interest, can make reports of offenses and/or irregularities, even if only suspected, learned in the context of the work environment.

These channels ensure the absolute confidentiality of the identity of the reporters and of all persons who may be involved and/or mentioned in the report and guarantee the same the maximum protection from any form of retaliation, discrimination or penalization.

The reporter's personal data that may be acquired and/or come to light during the entire process of handling reports are treated in full compliance with the provisions of the relevant regulations in force
