The information on the site FGE ITALIANA GAS S.R.L. (hereinafter, “Site”) is provided pursuant to art. 13 EU Reg. 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”) and subsequent amendments of the law.
The data controller is FGE ITALIANA GAS S.R.L., based in VIA MAIRA B.go Piave | 04010 Latina (LT) - Italy, C.F. / P. Iva 02729650594 (hereinafter, the “Data Controller” or the “Data Controller”).
Personal data (hereinafter also “Data”) provided by the data subject through the Site will be processed for the following purposes:
a) in performance of the requested service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”: e.g., provision of web interface-based services, user master registration, provision of information related to those who have voluntarily registered to the site database, provision of information related to training activities, internal statistical analysis)
b) With your specific consent, to:
i. to send commercial and/or promotional communications about the products and services of the data subject as well as conduct market research (“Direct Marketing”) in the manner described in Section 8 of this policy;
ii. Management of surveys and questionnaires including those related to customer satisfaction;
iii. Organization of events, meetings, conferences seminars also aimed at professional training;
c) transfer of collected data to third parties, established within the European Union (companies operating in the fields of design and provision of consulting services and product development for business information systems and development and integration of management applications for businesses), which will process them for direct marketing purposes and for sending promotional and advertising communications in the forms referred to in point (b) (hereinafter “Transfer of data to third parties”).
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or the completion of the published forms involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address in order to respond to requests, as well as any other data entered in the form.
The Data will be processed by employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller appointed as authorized processors. Where consent has been provided pursuant to Art. 2 letter c), the Data may be disclosed to third parties operating in the fields of design and provision of consulting services and product development for business information systems; software integration development for business management within the European Union. Under no circumstances will the Data be subject to dissemination. The Data Controller may disclose your Data to judicial, or supervisory authorities, administrations, bodies and public bodies. These entities will process the Data in their capacity as autonomous data controllers. The updated list of data processors and data processors is kept at the registered office of the Data Controller.
The management and storage of Data takes place on servers located inside and outside the European Union owned and/or in the availability of the Data Controller and/or third party companies duly appointed as data processors. Pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR, for the purposes set forth in Art. 2(b), Data may be transferred to The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp and Salesforce.com inc. based in the U.S., which guarantee an adequate level of protection for the Data Subject by being registered on the Privacy Shield List in compliance with the European Commission's Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of July 12, 2016 so-called “Privacy Shield” (in OJEU L 207, 1.8.2016, pp. 1-112).
Personal Data about you collected through the forms on our site will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your requests. Data collected for direct marketing purposes will be processed for a maximum period of 24 months. Data collected through cookies will be kept for the time period set by the individual cookie.
